Questions to Ask When Taking Out a 1000 Dollar Loan

Before you decide to take out any form of 1000 dollar loans you need to ask yourself and the lender a few questions.  Failure to do so could end up getting yourself into trouble financially, and as such we thought it would be a good idea to go over a few of these questions today in this article.  Remember, most common quick 1000 loan is they payday loan, and as such you need to be careful and knowledgable before you take out the loan since they are so expensive.

Common questions that you should ask when taking out a quick 1000 loan include:

1) What is required to get a loan for 1000 dollars?

There really aren’t that many requirements for taking out such a loan.   You will need to verify that you are over the age of 18, have a job that pays you $1,000 per month (some companies may require less, but it will be around this number), and that you have a valid checking account that has been open for around 6  months.  In addition, you cannot be currently going through a bankruptcy filing, although you could have had such problems in the past.

2) What are Good Reasons To Take Out A Small Cash Loan for $1K?

To answer this question you need to remember one thing – immediate cash loans and payday loans are meant to be short-term financing only.  Therefore, ANYTHING that will be borrowed for longer than one month would not be a reason to take out the loan.  When emergencies such as car accidents and health problems occur, and you have literally no other way out, then it’s ok to take out a quick payday loan

3) I Need a 1000 Dollar Loan with Bad Credit – Do I Need Good Credit To Take Out The Loan?

No, payday and other such lenders offer a 1000 loan with bad credit.  You can have good credit, bad credit, or no credit and still get the loan since there are no credit checks required.  They will check for bankruptcies, but not your credit score – these loans really are set up for bad credit borrowers.

4) How Much Will a $1,000 Loan Cost Me To Take Out?

This is probably the most important question you can ask.  The cost of immediate cash loans is very high.  If you borrow 1000 dollars you can expect to pay around $175 for a two week loan.  If you annualized this number then the APR would end up around 450% (plus or minus).

5) Is Getting an Extension a Good Idea?

Good question – the answer depends on the situation.  With an extension you are essentially taking out a new loan, which is not recommended.  However, it is better than going into default, so if that is the case than yes, get the extension – but make sure you pay it off on time so you don’t have to do this again.

Hopefully these answers will help you with some of your common questions about payday and other cash loans.  Please let us know what other questions you have, and we will try to answer them!
